Return/ Refund Policy

 

We aim to give you a clear idea of the nature of the plants we sell. However, there are inevitably slight variations in size, shape, properties, and color between different species. Illustrations, descriptions, and other information as to particular plants are approximate and for guidance only. Plants are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after your order is placed. If your order cannot be fulfilled we will let you know at the earliest convenient opportunity. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

 

When an item becomes unavailable we will not substitute it with a different item unless we have prior consent and have contacted the client. If this is not satisfactory we will then arrange for a credit or refund.

 

Firefly Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. does not accept returns and/or exchanges after an order has been placed. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
