Scientific Name - Scirpus lacustris
Common Name - Lakeshore Bullrush
Scirpus lacustris is a reed. It has long leafless stems that grow upto 2m in height which intially grow vertically and eventually droop. The flowers are reddish-chesnut like spikelets prsent at the top of the stems. It performs well in bright but protected from direct sunlight.
